Rhubarb for breakie

I picked a big bunch of rhubarb this morning and cooked it up. I ate a small bowlful and have sealed the rest in jars. I picked another big bunch this afternoon which I also cooked up - apparently you can blanch and freeze the pieces too so that you can just grab a handful as you need it - my next bunch I am going to try freezing it!
