This is the new ..... well whatever it is meant to be - statue ??- art piece?? that has been built in Belconnen - apparently it is meant to represent Belconnen and it is actually meant to be an OWL! Looks more like an elephants trunk and is a pretty bad shape!!! The only thing people are saying about it is WHY DID THAT PUT THAT THERE??? Makes for some interesting conversations anyway!
